Our return policy lasts 14 days and is for EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT ONLY. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved for an exchange, the new item will be sent within 5 business days. If you are approved for a store credit, credits will be issued within 48 hours.


We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping Your Returns 

Once you submit the return request, you will be notified by return instructions by email.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
